About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of accounts from onboarding through ongoing relationship management
  • Drive client retention and revenue protection by handling contract renewals
  • Act as the primary interface between clients and internal business units
  • Partner with Sales teams to support new and existing client relationships and drive NPS scores
  • Solve complex client queries and problems using independent judgment
  • Communicate complex topics clearly to various audiences and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with other departments to promote a cooperative team atmosphere

Requirements

  • Strong background in the credit or a related industry
  • Proven experience in client relationship management and retention
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Salesforce
  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
