About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day operational management for an assigned book of PBM clients
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for all client inquiries
  • Co-lead and facilitate client meetings including quarterly and annual business reviews
  • Partner with the Implementation team during new client onboarding
  • Gather and manage client requirements for the annual open enrollment cycle
  • Facilitate client-facing webinars, benefit fairs, and employee education sessions
  • Proactively identify operational trends and implement corrective measures
  • Monitor and track all client deliverables against contractual obligations
  • Support partners by interpreting plan design and troubleshooting claims or enrollment issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5-8 years of experience in pharmacy operations
  • Strong client management and pharmacy benefit knowledge
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and Google Slides
  • Excellent communication, organization, and presentation skills
