Client Success Manager

About the Company

Nulabe is a UAE based environmental advisory firm, focused on delivering sustainable, impactful, and regionally relevant solutions to clients across the MENA and GCC regions. We work with clients in both the public and private sectors to address challenges in waste management, decarbonization, sustainability, and circularity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure timely and accurate delivery of consultancy outputs
• Review expert deliverables to ensure alignment with the scope of work and client expectations
• Conduct background research to understand the technical and regulatory context of new projects
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
• Proactively manage communications, follow-ups, and progress updates
• Monitor tendering platforms and evaluate new opportunities
• Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of proposals and technical submissions
• Facilitate coordination between clients, internal stakeholders, and expert consultants

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field
• 5+ years of experience in environmental consulting, project coordination, or technical service delivery
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Experience in waste management, circular economy initiatives, or construction design verification
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong project management discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior consultancy experience
• Familiarity with LEED, SITES, or other sustainability certification systems
