Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts and build long-term relationships with office managers and key influencers
• Monitor the detail of client experiences, including service requests, chat messages, and health and safety procedures
• Proactively escalate client issues to Senior Operations and Commercial Account Managers
• Hit or exceed key performance indicators such as Clarity Scores and CSATs
• Drive client retention and revenue growth through proactive engagement
• Identify and create a funnel of upsell and cross-sell opportunities for the commercial team

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with diverse clients
• Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to hit and exceed targets
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive problem-solving attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service
