About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end implementation experience for new law firms from contract signature to daily usage
- Partner with sales teams throughout the full sales cycle to ensure smooth transitions
- Lead onsite and remote training sessions tailored to specific firm needs
- Drive post-implementation outreach to increase and grow monthly product usage
- Refine the implementation playbook, including processes and training methods
- Provide real-world product feedback to the product and sales teams
- Manage multiple implementations in parallel while maintaining high adoption quality
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in client lifecycles, implementations, customer success, or professional services consulting
- Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams and client-side
- Proven track record of training professionals on new tools to drive behavior change
- Ability to build structure and process in an ambiguous startup environment
- Genuine interest in AI and its impact on professional workflows
