Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding outcomes, adoption metrics, and renewal health across a portfolio of customer firms
• Guide new customers through setup, training, and early adoption
• Build strong relationships with law firm accounts teams, practice managers, and lawyers
• Support customers with workflows relating to matters, billing, invoicing, payments, and reconciliations
• Monitor customer health, engagement, and satisfaction to identify risks early
• Run training sessions, product walkthroughs, and customer enablement activities
• Capture customer feedback to provide insights for product and leadership teams
• Maintain accurate customer records and success plans in CRM tools

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client success or account management
• Exposure to bookkeeping, accounting, or legal billing workflows
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide customers through unfamiliar workflows
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain processes clearly
• Confidence in learning and teaching new software
