Responsibilities

  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact and strategic partner to clients to align solutions with business objectives
  • Provide thought leadership through industry insights, regulatory updates, and best practices
  • Develop deep functional and technical knowledge of the operational and data platform
  • Build and maintain relationships with mid to senior client stakeholders including Controllers and Chief Data Officers
  • Identify and communicate areas of improvement in technical and operational processes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client issue resolution and de-escalation
  • Advocate for client needs by collaborating with Product, Solution Architects, and Account Management teams
  • Analyze client usage patterns to develop tailored action plans for maximizing value
  • Monitor client success metrics to ensure high satisfaction, retention, and product adoption
  • Participate in the onboarding process for new clients

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, technology, or client success within hedge funds, investment managers, FinTech, or financial services
  • Experience supporting clients to optimize operations through process and technology
  • Knowledge of software engineering or data science with experience in BI, data lakes, or other data tools
  • Superior quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Exposure to a wide spectrum of investment asset classes and market segments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in economics, finance, business, math, science, or engineering
