Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation and onboarding for Midmarket and Enterprise accounts
  • Partner with client teams to optimize internal workflows and platform embedding
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with power users and key stakeholders
  • Monitor portfolio health and execute action plans to mitigate churn risks
  • Deliver data-driven executive updates and impact reports
  • Act as the primary owner for critical account issues and escalations
  • Translate client feedback into actionable insights for the product team
  • Manage the renewal pipeline and drive Net Revenue Retention (NRR)
  • Identify expansion and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Sales
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop case studies and client testimonials

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Client Success or Account Management
  • Proven experience managing Enterprise account portfolios
  • Experience navigating commercial conversations and renewal terms
  • Strong professional presence for presenting data to stakeholders
  • Solid technical aptitude to troubleshoot workflows and explain product functionality
  • Analytical mindset to interpret usage metrics and account data
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
  • Ability to work onsite in Fayetteville, Arkansas

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with land data, GIS, or real estate technology
  • Experience working in high-growth startup environments
