About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee communication and tasks for existing and prospective clients
- Act as the interface between the market and internal R&D/Product teams
- Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure quality before client release
- Document bugs with replication steps and assist in writing manuals and release notes
- Provide system software support, configuration, and training both on-site and off-site
- Collaborate with Sales and Project teams on proposals, RFPs, and system demonstrations
- Document client requests and enhancements for feasibility analysis by R&D
Requirements
- Previous account management experience in a highly transactional SaaS or custom software environment
- Experience supporting enterprise-level clients
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- Knowledge of web-based technology, including database structures and SQL
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and prioritize tasks independently
- Willingness to travel up to 25% to client locations
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
- Previous experience in eCommerce, ticketing, or the guest-facing service industry
