Client Success Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee communication and tasks for existing and prospective clients
• Act as the interface between the market and internal R&D/Product teams
• Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure quality before client release
• Document bugs with replication steps and assist in writing manuals and release notes
• Provide system software support, configuration, and training both on-site and off-site
• Collaborate with Sales and Project teams on proposals, RFPs, and system demonstrations
• Document client requests and enhancements for feasibility analysis by R&D

Requirements

• Previous account management experience in a highly transactional SaaS or custom software environment
• Experience supporting enterprise-level clients
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
• Knowledge of web-based technology, including database structures and SQL
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team and prioritize tasks independently
• Willingness to travel up to 25% to client locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field
• Previous experience in eCommerce, ticketing, or the guest-facing service industry
