About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to ensure a frictionless onboarding and ongoing experience
- Work hands-on with client datasets to extract, organize, and transform key inputs for PrePad
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to continuously improve user experience
- Deliver high-impact, boardroom-level presentations that make data understandable and actionable
- Serve as an internal expert on completions workflows and client needs
- Balance technical problem-solving with strong interpersonal client engagement
Requirements
- Engineering degree
- Experience wrangling, cleaning, transforming, and analyzing data
- Strong background in data management and optimization workflows
- Experience supporting clients with technical systems
- Proven ability to create executive-grade presentations
- Current authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Python, and modern data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Polars)
- Completions engineering experience, especially frac job planning/execution
- MBA or equivalent strategic/business training
