Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a high-performing Client Success team
  • Own end-to-end client relationships and account growth strategies
  • Drive retention, revenue growth, and contract renegotiations
  • Deliver executive-level engagement and Business Reviews to C-suite stakeholders
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute member growth strategies
  • Advocate for client needs to shape enterprise strategy
  • Champion AI adoption and operational excellence within the team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Client Success or Account Management for Public Sector entities
  • Knowledge of Brazilian legislation (Laws 14.133/21 and 13.303/16)
  • Experience managing people managers or senior team leads
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms
  • Advanced English fluency
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools
  • Strong analytical and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in wellness, benefits, or HR technology sectors
  • Experience in SaaS or HR tech environments
