Responsibilities
- Build and lead a high-performing Client Success team
- Own end-to-end client relationships and account growth strategies
- Drive retention, revenue growth, and contract renegotiations
- Deliver executive-level engagement and Business Reviews to C-suite stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute member growth strategies
- Advocate for client needs to shape enterprise strategy
- Champion AI adoption and operational excellence within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Client Success or Account Management for Public Sector entities
- Knowledge of Brazilian legislation (Laws 14.133/21 and 13.303/16)
- Experience managing people managers or senior team leads
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Advanced English fluency
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools
- Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in wellness, benefits, or HR technology sectors
- Experience in SaaS or HR tech environments
