Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to coordinate resources and deliver exceptional service to clients
• Align on Sponsor expectations pre and post-sale to ensure the sales process is deliverable
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients from initial planning through event delivery
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and agreements using CRM
• Provide daily support to sponsors to facilitate registration through internal management systems
• Build an internal knowledge base and assist with onboarding new clients
• Collect post-event client feedback to evaluate satisfaction and identify improvements

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in client management, account management, or customer success roles
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with outstanding results
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google Docs Editors suite
• Valid UK work permit
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Ability to learn new systems quickly
