Responsibilities

• Contribute to account planning, tailored engagement plans, and growth/retention activities
• Provide front-line customer support, product training, and user onboarding
• Lead training sessions to increase active user base and product embedding
• Act as the first point of contact for user questions and technical triaging
• Develop key customer relationships to increase usage and engagement
• Build customer workflows to integrate products into daily operations
• Create customized solutions for complex client problems
• Participate in client meetings and onsite visits to identify pain points

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Finance
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in industry or SaaS consulting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build strong relationships
• High technical aptitude and ability to learn new software quickly
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the renewables, power, CCUS, hydrogen, or renewable fuels sectors
• Experience with large data sets and analytical modeling
