Responsibilities

• Contribute to account planning, growth, and retention through tailored engagement plans
• Provide front-line customer support, product training, and user onboarding
• Lead training sessions to increase active user base and product embedding
• Act as the first point of contact for user questions and technical requests
• Develop customer workflows to integrate the product into daily operations
• Create customized solutions for complex client problems
• Participate in client meetings and onsite visits to identify pain points
• Engage in commercially focused discussions to influence product and business development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Finance
• 2-4 years of relevant work experience in industry or SaaS consulting
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Customer-centric mindset with ability to build strong relationships
• Proficiency and comfort with new technologies and software
• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced scale-up environment
