Client Success Advisor - Risk & Audit

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and best practices on configuring, customizing, and optimizing the GRC platform to align with client business processes
• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ GRC requirements and recommend tailored solutions
• Collaborate with clients on internal roadmaps, governance, risk, and compliance requirements
• Ensure proper understanding and adoption of platform solutions to increase software usage
• Partner with internal Product, Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to drive platform improvement
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory developments to share proactive insights with clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a client-facing role within legal, audit, risk, or compliance industries
• Strong understanding of GRC domain, regulations, and industry standards
• Experience with software solutions and platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently
• Willingness to travel to client sites
