Responsibilities

• Manage the full customer relationship from contract signing to long-term success
• Lead implementations and onboarding by configuring the platform and training teams
• Conduct training sessions to drive user excitement and workflow integration
• Provide ongoing support and proactively monitor usage and engagement signals
• Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by feeding insights back to Product and Sales teams
• Define and set the standard for customer deployment and scaling processes
