Client Solutions Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage trials and conduct solutions-based demonstrations for the Legal segment
• Partner with Account Managers to execute demos and trials for cross-sell opportunities
• Develop customized trial plans, success criteria, and use cases tailored to client workflows
• Document successful trial methodologies to create scalable playbooks
• Gather qualitative and quantitative product feedback from clients to inform the product roadmap
• Synthesize market intelligence into actionable requirements for product owners
• Maintain deep understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to refine messaging and sales collateral

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of credit, market, or legal expertise from financial/legal institutions or investment banks
• Minimum 8 years of experience in a client-facing role within fintech, legaltech, or professional services
• Proven ability to articulate how data and analytical tools solve complex financial workflows for law firms
• Experience with new product introductions or significant feature launches
• Understanding of the sales process, including trial design and qualification
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and trials simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or a related field
