Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales through strategic prospecting and relationship nurturing
• Manage national clients' workplace risk programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Provide strategic advice regarding policy, premium, claims, and injury management
• Collaborate with the Workplace Risk team and other Lines of Business to facilitate cross-selling and referrals
• Formulate and execute individual sales plans and growth targets for key industry segments
• Maintain 100% compliance in pipeline management reporting using CRM systems
• Provide proactive sales leadership and support to client servicing teams
• Manage carrier relationships and coordinate bid strategies and RFPs

Requirements

• Proven experience in new business development and strategic prospecting
• Extensive experience working for a national employer, service provider, broker, or insurer
• Deep understanding of National Workers’ Compensation arrangements and premium drivers
• Demonstrable knowledge of policy and premium management within the Workers' Compensation landscape
• Expertise in using CRM systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Experience in supervising, coaching, and mentoring team members
• Ability to manage complex projects and work effectively under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Allied Health or equivalent professional work experience
