Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a product and insights expert to identify and implement marketing solutions that drive measurable business results for partners
• Build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners
• Craft narratives and recommendations from custom analyses and present findings to business stakeholders
• Design experimentation initiatives, develop tracking, and analyze results to provide actionable recommendations
• Serve as an external product consultant to educate clients on product solutions and best practices
• Drive proactive media and measurement strategy, implementation, and optimizations to increase performance
• Oversee account operations, including troubleshooting and account setup
• Collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to project manage complex workstreams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in online advertising or online media
• Advanced experience structuring and manipulating raw data into datasets for analysis
• Expertise in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to develop actionable insights
• Proven track record of leveraging data to build compelling business cases
• Experience delivering insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience influencing executive-level clients
• Experience working with diverse cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of data querying languages such as SQL
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize workflows and drive impact
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product teams to improve features
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS)
• Experience with Meta’s full suite of advertising solutions
• Experience with business case modeling and market/opportunity sizing
