Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a product expert and primary configuration manager for West Coast GP clients
• Guide clients in adopting ChronoAI, Claude Skills, and other platform features
• Design and implement Client Success processes and initiatives
• Collaborate with clients on strategic data initiatives and platform configurations
• Develop and maintain recommended best practices and AI adoption frameworks
• Coordinate resources across Client Development, Marketing, Data Operations, and Product
• Identify account growth opportunities and develop client business cases
• Produce high-quality client deliverables and uphold brand standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2–4 years of experience in professional services, consulting, investment banking, or technology client success
• Excellence in producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated clients
• Comfort with foundational models and AI tools (e.g., Claude, OpenAI)
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint and Excel)
• Willingness to travel occasionally

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to private equity, venture capital, or credit fund operations
• Experience working with or selling AI-powered software products
• Familiarity with modern data or BI tools
