Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant to clients and internal stakeholders to drive product adoption, strategy, and optimizations.
• Build Test & Learn plans using measurement solutions to link marketing objectives to business goals.
• Manage campaign setup checks, performance monitoring, and optimization suggestions for a dedicated book of business.
• Gather, analyze, and present data-driven insights through post-campaign reporting and account audits.
• Build trusting relationships with external client teams and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
• Track revenue attainment and the impact of client activities on the business.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in account management or client services roles within digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of the digital media and marketing landscape.
• Solid understanding of media metrics and their implications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Excel, dashboarding, or similar analytical skillsets.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem solver.
• Specialized vertical knowledge in FMCG, F&B, or Telcos.
• Experience working in an in-house marketing function or an advertising agency.
