Client Solutions Manager

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients to understand their marketing objectives.
• Develop and execute paid-social strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Meta, Snap, X, or Reddit.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal sales, creative, and technical teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to improve campaign performance.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in client solutions, account management, sales, business development, or media buying.
• Hands-on experience with paid-social platforms (TikTok, Meta, Snap, X, or Reddit).
• Strong understanding of traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Russian and English (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
