About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and deliver against personal new business sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship development
- Identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities into long-term clients
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, including bid strategies, proposals, and RFP responses
- Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with prospects and clients to position WTW as a strategic advisor
- Collaborate with various Lines of Business to drive cross-selling and integrated client solutions
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline management and reporting using CRM (D365)
- Represent WTW externally to build market presence and maintain key industry relationships
Requirements
- Proven track record in new business development and sales leadership
- Strong strategic prospecting and relationship-building capabilities
- Experience using CRM systems, preferably D365, for pipeline management
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies and pursuit plans
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics
- Relevant industry expertise within commercial risk or related sectors
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
