About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver against personal new business sales targets through strategic prospecting and relationship development
  • Identify, pursue, and convert high-value opportunities into long-term clients
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including bid strategies, proposals, and RFP responses
  • Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with prospects and clients to position WTW as a strategic advisor
  • Collaborate with various Lines of Business to deliver integrated client solutions and drive cross-selling opportunities
  • Maintain 100% compliance with CRM (D365) pipeline management and reporting requirements
  • Represent WTW externally to build a strong market presence and maintain awareness of competitor activity

Requirements

  • Proven track record in new business development and sales leadership
  • Strong strategic prospecting and relationship-building capabilities
  • Experience using CRM systems, preferably D365, for pipeline management
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies and pursuit plans
  • Relevant industry expertise within commercial risk or related sectors
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market dynamics
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate and cross-sell effectively across complex organizations
