Client Solutions Director BSS/OSS

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the BSS/OSS (Business & Operational Support System) portfolio end-to-end in Spain.
• Drive strategic expansion and growth of the BOS portfolio beyond standard flow business.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and C-level executives, addressing business and operational challenges.
• Lead customer roadmap engagement and attack planning, focusing on upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage the full customer lifecycle to increase footprint and wallet share within key accounts.
• Coordinate with Account Managers, Technical Presales, and Service Delivery to ensure successful execution.
• Focus on strategic accounts in Spain, with a primary emphasis on Telefonica and MasOrange.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in IT, BSS/OSS, Cloud, or Monetization sales and delivery models.
• Proven track record in quota-carrying sales roles and managing end-to-end customer engagement.
• Established relationships with senior executives (VP, CIO, C-level) within major telecom operators.
• Strong consultative and value-based selling skills with the ability to articulate business impact.
• University degree in Engineering, ICT, or a related field.
• Fluency in Spanish.
• Ability to work effectively in a complex, cross-functional, and matrixed organization.
