Client Solutions Architect - Vice President - Healthcare Payments

Responsibilities

• Lead the configuration and modification of firm products and solutions to meet complex client use cases in partnership with Technology teams.
• Support the Sales organization in solutioning and mandating deal stages for pricing, pipeline planning, and account planning.
• Engage with technical client teams to deliver high-impact presentations and technical demonstrations of product capabilities.
• Identify and define development requirements for product design enhancements based on direct client feedback.
• Document project charters and lead client-facing solutioning efforts to solve industry-specific challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working across a broad set of related financial or technical products.
• Deep technical understanding of solution configurations within a specific domain.
• Proven experience supporting Sales teams with pricing, pipeline, and account planning.
• Experience interfacing with engineers and working directly with clients in a technology field.
• Proficient technical knowledge of the healthcare revenue cycle industry, including treasury, banking, and patient accounting systems.
• Strong proficiency in healthcare payments, integration methods, and APIs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience working at a payment gateway, processor, or integrated service vendor.
• Demonstrated success in supporting sales teams and closing enterprise-level deals.
• Strong analytical skills with an interest in system integrations and emerging healthcare industry trends.
• Ability to align complex technology solutions with long-term business strategies.
