About the role
Responsibilities
- Onboard customers who have purchased mortgages through the indirect mortgage salesforce
- Deepen customer relationships by identifying and selling various banking solutions
- Meet with customers both in person and virtually at convenient times
- Manage and build solid partnerships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Exceed sales targets and performance goals
Requirements
- Proven experience excelling in a sales environment
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in French and proficiency in English
- Valid driver's license and access to personal transportation
- Ability to work variable hours, including evenings and weekends
