About the role

Responsibilities

  • Discover treasury problems and opportunities for private market participants, including investment funds, LPs, and financing vehicles.
  • Solve complex treasury challenges through technology, analytics, product innovation, and operations.
  • Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, aligning cross-functional teams such as Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, and Operations.
  • Identify high-impact opportunities within FX, Derivatives, Interest income, and regional growth.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define requirements, epics, and user stories.
  • Conduct competitor analysis regarding product offering, functionality, and pricing to inform the product roadmap.
  • Develop a deep understanding of treasury management and legal technology workflows.

Requirements

  • Experience with treasury products including FX derivatives, interest rate derivatives, and cash management.
  • Multiple years of product building experience, acting as a hands-on product or operations leader.
  • Proven ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical product specifications.
  • Knowledge of financial markets technology stacks, such as treasury management systems (TMS) or fintech scale-ups.
  • Experience with cash management solutions like money market funds, deposit optimization, and cash pooling.
  • Demonstrated ability to build roadmaps that move teams from uncertainty to clarity.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to frame problems, articulate hypotheses, and measure solutions.
