Client Solution Manager

Responsibilities

• Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded in achieving measurable business results for strategic UK technology clients
• Partner with Client Partners and cross-functional teams to develop Meta strategies, including media plans, creative guidance, and measurement recommendations
• Provide dedicated account management to top clients, leveraging data to develop and optimize strategic account plans
• Manage complex work streams and internal account operations, including revenue delivery, troubleshooting, and campaign optimization
• Lead strategic marketing conversations with clients, agencies, and partners across media, creative, and MarTech sectors
• Analyze large datasets and manage dashboards to provide actionable business insights and performance reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ad sales, marketing, media, or consulting
• Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends
• Proven ability to analyze large datasets and deliver actionable, data-driven insights
• Experience leading multiple cross-functional projects with high attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within complex organizations and collaborate with diverse teams
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development, such as prompt engineering or agent orchestration
• Experience integrating AI tools to optimize workflows and drive measurable impact
• Experience implementing responsible and ethical AI practices, including risk assessment and bias mitigation
