About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio across the APAC market, driving retention and implementation strategy.
- Drive premium product and service sales to increase client value and company revenue.
- Handle inbound client queries via phone and email, providing professional and prompt resolutions.
- Proactively engage clients using a consultative approach to recommend solutions aligned with their travel objectives.
- Manage client escalations by collaborating with servicing, support, and cross-functional teams.
- Lead client implementations and de-implementations, managing communications with key stakeholders.
- Conduct presentations, travel forums, and training sessions via phone or web.
- Maintain SFDC and relevant databases with accurate, up-to-date information.
- Manage ad-hoc reporting requests and consult clients on MI hierarchy and insights reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a proven track record in client relationship management and service delivery.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and strong financial acumen, including the ability to analyze P&L and profitability drivers.
- Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to handle objections and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for articulating value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of travel operations and familiarity with GBT tools and systems (SFDC, PET, insights reporting).
- Ability to navigate matrix structures and collaborate effectively across internal and external networks.
