Client Services Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a reception team of 24 staff members, including rostering and support
• Manage end-to-end referral appointment requests, including scheduling, financial estimates, and patient histories
• Proactively manage client expectations and resolve or escalate feedback and issues
• Maintain public-facing hospital areas to an impeccable standard
• Monitor and report on customer service trends and metrics
• Provide administrative support and assist with social media and marketing efforts

Requirements

• Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or medical setting
• Previous experience in team management or a leadership capacity
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency with computer systems and scheduling software
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine love for animals

Preferred Qualifications

• Certificate or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
