Client Services Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple reception and mailroom sites (Business Service Centers)
• Oversee daily service delivery and employee management
• Act as the primary daily client contact in correlation with the Client Service Manager
• Ensure accurate staff scheduling to meet client needs
• Maintain site operations per service level agreements
• Provide light training, coaching, and performance discussions for staff
• Report all out-of-scope escalations to the Client Service Manager
• Attend meetings and manage projects to improve operational quality

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 3+ years in relationship building and operational management
• Previous experience managing or supervising 5-10 employees
• Ability to interact effectively with C-level executives
• Exceptional computer skills
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Industry-related experience
