Client Services Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate assigned client accounts to ensure timely, accurate, and profitable delivery of testing and certification services
• Document and communicate program requirements across internal teams including Operations, Quality Assurance, and Sales
• Prepare client proposals, technical documentation, and reports using data insights to enhance program value
• Provide technical consultation to clients and respond professionally to inquiries and requests
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and anticipation of needs
• Partner with business support teams to ensure accurate and timely billing processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
• Approximately 4 years of relevant experience in client services, account management, or technical services
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Familiarity with LIMS or equivalent internal systems
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry standards, associations, and best practices related to product testing or consumer products
