About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for agencies and manage the client service email inbox
- Process and organize service requests in coordination with internal departments and third-party agencies
- Schedule and organize third-party conference meetings and prepare materials
- Maintain monthly wires and invoices for third-party vendor payments
- Monitor agency activity to ensure compliance with company guidelines
- Support the month-end close process to accurately record financial transactions
- Perform day-to-day account management for assigned accounts
Requirements
- High School diploma
- 0–2 years of bookkeeping or banking experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
- Strong understanding of reconciliation concepts
- Ability to manage large volumes of data and demanding deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Spanish language fluency is a plus
