About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for agencies and manage the client service email inbox
  • Process and organize service requests in coordination with internal departments and third-party agencies
  • Schedule and organize third-party conference meetings and prepare materials
  • Maintain monthly wires and invoices for third-party vendor payments
  • Monitor agency activity to ensure compliance with company guidelines
  • Support the month-end close process to accurately record financial transactions
  • Perform day-to-day account management for assigned accounts

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 0–2 years of bookkeeping or banking experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Access)
  • Strong understanding of reconciliation concepts
  • Ability to manage large volumes of data and demanding deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Spanish language fluency is a plus
