Client Services Specialist II

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate assigned client account work in a timely and profitable manner
• Ensure program requirements are clearly documented, communicated, and updated throughout the organization
• Collaborate with Operations, Support Services, Quality Assurance, Sales, and Business Development to ensure superior client service
• Prepare client proposals, report specifications, technical information, quotations, and testing summaries
• Provide technical consulting services to clients directly or through internal technical teams
• Respond to specific client inquiries promptly and professionally
• Work with business support to ensure clients are billed in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of procedures, client requirements, and technical subject matter

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Three years of directly related experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and email
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to identify problems and offer workable solutions

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with industry associations, technical committees, and industry best practices
• Experience with company software programs such as LIMS or Advantage
