About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide multi-channel support via phone, chat, and email to customers and partners
- Troubleshoot product access, licensing, account, and order-related issues
- Ensure software access using internal systems and remote tools
- Deliver a high-quality, solution-focused customer experience
- Educate customers and partners through training sessions, onboarding, and webinars
- Act as a subject matter expert on Autodesk policies, processes, and tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales and other teams to resolve issues
- Contribute to knowledge base content and recommend process improvements
Requirements
- BSc or MSc graduate
- 0–4 years of professional experience
- Fluency in German and English
- Experience using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce
- Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Italian, French, or other additional languages
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in a customer service or support environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
