Client Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule on-site engineering evaluations to assist regulatory authorities in determining product compliance and installation approval
• Communicate with clients and manage stakeholder communications as directed
• Use system software for document management, correspondence, and file management
• Coordinate and compile client deliverables
• Manage updates and dissemination of client documents and processes in accordance with governance and quality control principles
• Perform data monitoring, tracking, scheduling, and analysis
• Provide administrative maintenance and portal management for various UL systems and databases
• Support team members and assist on larger initiatives

Requirements

• Four years of related work experience
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with computer tools and software, specifically Flex, Salesforce, and Notes
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency and manage a large workload
• Ability to multitask and work effectively as a team player
