Client Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to retail and professional client inquiries via inbound calls, email, and online chat
• Assist clients with opening and funding accounts and navigating the Trader Workstation platform
• Explain margin requirements and provide information on products offered on various global exchanges
• Investigate trade issues and order executions
• Maintain knowledge of how securities regulations impact customers

Requirements

• 2+ years of client services experience in the International BPO industry
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel
• Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
