About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to client and sales inquiries regarding online account applications and documentation requirements.
- Assist processing teams with client outreach to obtain necessary information for account approval.
- Review documentation related to new account applications to ensure accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate account approval and maintenance.
- Identify opportunities to improve the online application and account opening process.
- Cross-reference databases to ensure regulatory compliance regarding AML and KYC standards.
- Follow all internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and maintain high attention to detail.
- Highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision.

- FINRA licensing.
