Client Services Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to retail and professional client inquiries via inbound calls, email, and online chat
• Assist clients with account opening, funding, and navigating Trader Workstation features
• Explain margin requirements and provide information on products offered on various global exchanges
• Investigate trade issues and order executions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of securities regulations and their impact on customers

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in trading or brokerage services
• Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
• NCFM/NISM certifications in capital markets, derivatives, and currency derivatives
• High level of proficiency in MS Excel
• Fluent English with excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude
