Client Services Representative - Commercial Lines

Responsibilities

• Process insurance documentation including binders, extensions, certificates, and auto identification cards
• Manage endorsement requests and follow up with insurance carriers
• Input transactions into the billing system to generate invoices and process cancellations or reinstatements
• Update Acord applications and assist with policy rating on carrier websites
• Handle routine correspondence between carriers, the agency, and insured clients
• Maintain organized electronic and paper files
• Provide high-quality customer service and assist with data entry projects as needed

Requirements

• Florida 4-40 or 2-20 License is required
• High school diploma or GED
• 2-3 years of related insurance industry experience
• Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Applied "EPIC" Agency Management System
