Client Services Manager

About the Company

Tatari is on a mission to revolutionize TV advertising. We work with some of your favorite disruptor brands to grow their business using linear and streaming TV ads. Our platform combines sophisticated media buying with proprietary analytics to turn TV advertising into an automated, digital-like experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for SMB client accounts
• Execute hands-on media planning, campaign execution, and optimization across Linear and Streaming TV
• Translate client goals into performance-driven strategies focused on CPA, CAC, and ROAS
• Identify client needs and surface opportunities to improve performance
• Build expertise in Tatari’s platform and collaborate with internal teams to support execution
• Guide clients through campaign setup, optimization, and reporting
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to performance discussions
• Build strong day-to-day relationships with client stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics
• 2+ years of experience in post-sales account management or client services
• 1–2 years of experience managing campaigns within digital or programmatic platforms (e.g., DSPs)
• Experience optimizing toward CPA, CAC, and ROAS
• Solid understanding of the streaming TV landscape
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
