Client Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact and strategic advisor to agency and client partners
• Partner weekly with Media Buying to scale TV campaigns and troubleshoot performance issues
• Master Tatari's platform and leverage internal experts to prioritize and solve client problems
• Synthesize campaign performance data into clear, actionable optimization recommendations
• Present weekly performance reviews and strategic narratives that drive client expansion
• Build and maintain relationships with key agency stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Business Administration preferred
• 2+ years in post-sales account management or client success
• Strong grasp of linear and streaming TV landscape
• Exceptional data storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Comfort bridging conversations across engineering and marketing teams
• AI forward mindset

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of digital marketing (SEM, FB)
• Experience with programmatic buying
• Advanced Excel and data visualization skills
