Client Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily service delivery and multiple sites or projects
• Act as the primary daily contact for the client
• Manage onsite staff and supervisory functions
• Drive operational improvements and solution design
• Manage site financials, including hours, gross margin, and profitability
• Coordinate and lead vendor partner negotiations
• Maintain client and employee satisfaction indices
• Manage resources including people, hardware, software, and facilities
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, EEOC, and company policies

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in relationship building and operational management
• Previous experience managing 5-10 employees
• Ability to interact effectively with C-level executives
• Strong computer skills and professional communication
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater frequently
• Ability to perform daily walkthroughs and site inspections

Preferred Qualifications

• Industry-related experience
• Proven track record of diplomacy and ownership
