Client Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day client service operations and distribution logistics for the wholesale retail channel in Japan
• Establish and maintain high-quality relationships with clients and mutual fund distributors
• Ensure accurate and timely distribution of prospectuses, marketing materials, and financial reports using internal and external systems
• Act as the primary point of contact for client queries via email and phone, ensuring timely resolution
• Conduct final reviews of materials intended for end investors
• Collaborate with the Dalian support team and internal departments to ensure smooth process execution
• Participate in global and local client service projects to improve and streamline operational processes

Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in financial markets and the asset management industry
• Native-level Japanese language skills with strong business writing capabilities
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) to work effectively with global teams
• Strong analytical and logical thinking skills with high attention to detail
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in client services specifically covering the Wholesale channel
• JSDA Internal Control Manager qualification
