Client Services Manager - Commercial Lines

Responsibilities

• Manage a commercial lines book of business and collaborate with producers to develop insurance programs.
• Act as a liaison between clients and carriers by collecting risk and underwriting information.
• Assist producers in servicing and remarketing existing accounts.
• Coordinate expirations, maintain expiration control logs, and prepare coverage comparisons.
• Issue binders, extensions, and certificates of insurance.
• Review new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, coverage, and signatures.
• Process transactions to generate billing invoices and premium finance contracts.
• Maintain professional relationships with company representatives and underwriters.

Requirements

• Florida 2-20 License is required.
• Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of related insurance industry experience.
• Proven experience working with multiple insurance carriers and varied policy forms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Applied "EPIC" Agency Management System.
