Client Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of recruiters to deliver best-in-class talent acquisition services.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders and hiring leaders.
• Set clear performance standards, goals, and metrics for the team, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Develop recruiting analytics and insights, including time to fill, cost per hire, and recruiter productivity.
• Drive strategic hiring initiatives, including passive candidate outreach and recruitment marketing plans.
• Manage client account implementation, program execution, and P&L management.
• Ensure continuous improvement and standardization of recruitment processes and procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience recruiting across both the Mexican and US markets.
• Experience coaching peers or managing a team of recruiters.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Prior experience in a results-oriented Talent Acquisition or Human Resources role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
