About the role
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing responsive and professional service
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and personalized outreach
- Manage daily office workflows, coordinate calendars, and schedule meetings to support advisor priorities
- Prepare and maintain client profiles, open accounts, and process transfers
- Handle transaction requests and coordinate with the home office as needed
- Support business development initiatives by scheduling client and prospect meetings
Requirements
- 3+ years of client service or administrative experience
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, self-starter mentality with the ability to anticipate needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with Ameriprise Financial
