Responsibilities

  • Deliver personalized service to ensure a great experience for season ticket members
  • Build long-lasting relationships with season ticket members
  • Reach personal and departmental sales goals and initiatives
  • Oversee day-to-day account needs for a segment of season ticket members
  • Use digital ticketing systems to ensure account accuracy and timely payments
  • Maintain records of sales prospecting and customer conversations in the CRM
  • Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining organized and calm under pressure
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Salesforce, Archtics, or Tixr
  • Knowledge of women’s soccer or the NWSL
