Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized service to ensure a great experience for season ticket members
- Build long-lasting relationships with season ticket members
- Reach personal and departmental sales goals and initiatives
- Oversee day-to-day account needs for a segment of season ticket members
- Use digital ticketing systems to ensure account accuracy and timely payments
- Maintain records of sales prospecting and customer conversations in the CRM
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while remaining organized and calm under pressure
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, Archtics, or Tixr
- Knowledge of women’s soccer or the NWSL
