About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
- Convert signed proposals into internal execution briefs for content, editorial, and production teams.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
- Review all deliverables before publishing to ensure accuracy in format, tagging, captions, and quality.
- Support the preparation of mid-campaign updates and final performance reports.
- Maintain clean, updated, and organized tracking sheets and documentation.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account coordination, or digital media operations.
- Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette.
- Excellent organization and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple live campaigns simultaneously using structured processes.
- Understanding of social media publishing formats including Reels, Stories, TikTok, and tagging.
- A proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline and an ownership mentality.
