About the role

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communication.
  • Convert signed proposals into internal execution briefs for content, editorial, and production teams.
  • Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
  • Review all deliverables before publishing to ensure accuracy in format, tagging, captions, and quality.
  • Support the preparation of mid-campaign updates and final performance reports.
  • Maintain clean, updated, and organized tracking sheets and documentation.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account coordination, or digital media operations.
  • Strong communication skills and professional email etiquette.
  • Excellent organization and time management abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple live campaigns simultaneously using structured processes.
  • Understanding of social media publishing formats including Reels, Stories, TikTok, and tagging.
  • A proactive mindset with strong follow-up discipline and an ownership mentality.
